• All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has officially shipped.

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the rates listed below (in USD unless otherwise noted).

📑 International Customs & Refused Packages Agreement

By placing an order online with Glimmr, you agree to be responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by your destination country. If your package is refused or returned, you will still be held completely liable for any incurred shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges associated with the journey.

📦 How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal. You can track your package directly on our website anytime at buyglimmr.com.

If you haven’t received your order within your estimated delivery window, please contact our team at customerservice@glimmr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.

🛑 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice an error in your information, email us immediately at customerservice@glimmr.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an item has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address or intercept the package.
