A minimal return service charge helps us maintain our hassle-free return process, manage our return logistics, and keep our product prices competitive.

Return Location: All returns are processed through our Global Fulfillment Center in China.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at the time of your request based on international shipping rates.

The final return handling and shipping fee may adjust based on the size and weight of the item(s) being returned.

HOW TO START A RETURN

A prepaid international return shipping label to our Global Fulfillment Center in China will be generated for your use.

Pack your item securely, attach the label, and ship it back to us. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund once the warehouse processes your package.

Retailer Purchases: If you purchased your Glimmr product from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly to initiate their specific return/refund process.

Warranty: Refunded orders and/or products will no longer be covered by our brand warranty.
