📑 Import Taxes, Duties & Refused Packages
Landed Costs at Checkout: Import taxes, duties, and regional fees are calculated transparently at checkout where applicable.
Customer Responsibility: By placing an order with Glimmr, you agree to be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by your destination country.
Refused Packages: If a package is refused or returned to sender, the customer remains liable for all original shipping costs, return delivery fees, and any incurred duty or taxes.
📦 Order Tracking
Tracking Email: Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and link.
Carrier Updates: Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to register on the carrier's portal.

If your order hasn't arrived within your estimated delivery window, email customerservice@glimmr.com with your full name and order number.
🛑 Incorrect Addresses

12-Hour Change Window: Spotted an error? Notify us at customerservice@glimmr.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Dispatched Orders: Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, we're unable to modify the delivery address or intercept the parcel.
